Table Cost at the Tysons Corner events:
$95 for the 1st table
$90 for the 2nd ($185 for 2 tables)
$85 for each additional table ($270 for 3, $355 for 4, etc.)

On select dates, when we have major celebrity guests, table prices may be higher.

Table payment is due in full 14 days prior to the show date. We accept payment by check or money order.

Policies

We reserve the right to increase table prices for these events regardless of when the tables are reserved.

Vendors will be charged a $25 processing fee for every check returned unpaid by their bank.

Capital Associates is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. Thefts that take place at the event are unfortunate, but occasionally occur. Be aware of everyone around your table and keep higher priced items out of reach.

Table reservations may be canceled for a full refund if you notify Capital Associates 7 days prior to the show date. Without 7 days notice, NO REFUND will be issued. We understand that you may have a legitimate excuse, but giving us less than seven days notice does not give us sufficient time to resell the table. If we have yet to receive your payment, you are still liable for the payment. Once you give us either verbal or written notice that you wish to reserve a table(s), the table(s) are your responsibility. Vendors will not be allowed to book future shows until all unpaid balances are cleared.

Severe weather is rarely a problem, but we have no control. As long as the hotel remains open, our event will be held. If the hotel is closed, vendors will be refunded remaining table money after hotel expenses and advertising costs have been covered.

Table locations are assigned when your payment is received. We will try to accommodate any requests you have once your payment is received. However, no guarantees can be made.

You may use the space above and below the table, and any space behind the table, as long as it does not interfere with the vendor(s) adjacent to you. If you have a backing, the legs cannot be more than three feet apart when opened, and it must be free standing.

If a vendor would like to use space (if available) on either side of purchased table(s), a pro-rated fee can be negotiated for the additional space.

Setup begins at 8:00 am, and must be completed by 9:45. If a vendor has not begun setup by 9:15, your table space may be resold and your table payment will not be refunded.

The show will be open to the public from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, and admission is $3.00. Times and admission prices may vary for dates with major celebrity guests.

Each table will be allocated 2 chairs. More are possible, but not guaranteed.

Vendors will be allowed one assistant per table. Any additional employees must pay admission. For example, a vendor with 2 tables may have 3 total people working the show.

Vendors must vacate the convention room by 4:00 pm. If a vendor is not out by 4:00, he or she will is responsible for any late fees the facility charges Capital Associates. On select dates the time(s) may change, but you will be notified if this occurs.
