Carolyn Belefski

DC-area artist, Carolyn Belefski, will be familiar to many con attendees. Her twice-weekly webcomic, Curls, has a growing readership, and has recently been published as a collection. Other current highlights include "The Legettes," a collaboration with writer Joe Carabeo, "Black Magic Tales," (also with Carabeo), and the online "Sketch Before Sleep." Her work also appears in issue #1 of Magic Bullet, a new free comic newspaper published by the D.C. Conspiracy. Fairfax’s own Matt Dembicki is the editor and contributor to the comics anthology Trickster: Native American Tales: A Graphic Collection. His other works include the Xoc, Mr. Big, Spadefoot and Liquid Revolver. Matt is also a very active member of the D.C.
